How It Works

How it works

The system that gets you named, not just ranked.

When someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI who to hire, the answer names one or two businesses and the search ends there. This is the system we run to make you one of them, and how social keeps it compounding.

GEO: get named SEO: get found Social: get remembered

Four phases. Every one ends with a document in your inbox.

Before you pay anything

It starts with a check, not a pitch.

Send us your website. Within 24 hours we tell you what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI say when your buyers ask, checked by hand, in clean sessions. Are you named? Is your site cited? Who gets recommended instead, and which sources built those answers? If the findings don’t justify hiring anyone, we’ll say that in the email. Free either way, and it becomes the baseline everything below is measured against.

The process

Four phases. Each one ends in your inbox.

No black box, and no vague “strategize, optimize, refine.” Every phase produces a document you receive, and if a phase hasn’t produced its document, it isn’t finished. You should say so.

1

Discovery: what’s true today

Your AI visibility baseline from the free check, plus a 50-point audit across technical, content, authority, local and AI readiness, scored and ranked by what’s costing you most. We read your Search Console, not a rank tracker, because we care about clicks that happened, not positions that flatter. One working session gets the rest: your audience, your voice, and the one sentence an engine should say about your business. That sentence becomes the target.
You receive: the Findings Runs on: the audit template
2

Decisions: what we do, and deliberately don’t

Before adding anything, we deal with what’s already there. Most sites older than two years have pages competing against each other, and pages that look dead but are quietly being quoted by AI engines. We check what’s cited before anything is touched, then map every page: keep, fix, merge or retire. Then the forward plan: every planned piece has a named question it exists to answer, and a record of who the engines name for that question today. Plus the part we’re unusually insistent about: a written list of what we’re not doing, so the scope has edges.
You receive: the Plan Runs on: pruning + content plan templates
3

Execution, in a deliberate order

Technical fixes first. Consolidations second, verified live rather than assumed. Then your key pages rewritten so the first paragraph answers the question outright, in the format engines lift and quote. Then new content, in calendar order. And where the evidence shows AI answers about your category are built from third-party sources, directories, press, industry sites, we run outreach to get you into them, because no amount of publishing on your own site fixes a citation problem that lives on other people’s sites.
You receive: a monthly shipped-list, with links Runs on: the digital PR tracker
4

Proof, on the same numbers, every month

We re-run your baseline monthly. Same prompts, same method, same clean sessions, because consistency is what makes a trend real rather than cherry-picked. We never swap metrics mid-engagement; you always look at the same scoreboard. One experiment per month, so we can tell what worked. And every quarter we ask out loud whether this is working and whether to renew, adjust or wrap up. We’d rather earn the renewal than assume it.
You receive: one page, baseline vs now Runs on: the GEO visibility tracker
Nothing hidden

The entire method is published, free.

Every phase above runs on a template we’ve made public. The audit, the pruning framework, the content plan, the visibility tracker, the PR tracker: full method on every page, free download, no email wall. You could run our process yourself, and some people do.

Audit Prune Plan Measure Prescribe

So what are you paying for?

The labour and the judgment. The templates tell you what to check; they don’t run your prompts by hand every month, argue with you about which page survives a consolidation, or hold the plan when it would be easier not to. We publish the method because hiding it would make an agency about being citable, uncitable. Browse all six templates and decide for yourself.
Where social fits

Social doesn’t compete with GEO. It feeds it.

We don’t run search and social as two agencies stitched together. Social is part of the same system, doing three jobs the answer engines can’t do alone.

Social is a search surface now

People ask Reddit, TikTok and Instagram the same questions they ask Google, and AI engines summarize those threads into their answers. A presence where your buyers actually ask is not brand fluff; it’s citation territory.

Social builds the signals engines read

Engines recommend businesses that look known: reviews, mentions, a community that uses your name unprompted. Social is where that gets built. The audience you grow while people scroll is the evidence an engine checks before it names you.

Social catches what GEO creates

Someone sees you named in an AI answer, then checks your Instagram before they call. If the profile is dead, the answer’s work is wasted. Social closes the loop: get named, get checked, get chosen. One plan runs all of it, with content built once and used everywhere.
Questions

How it works, answered.

What is GEO, in plain terms?
Generative Engine Optimization: the work of being the business AI engines name when someone asks who to hire. Rankings put you on a list; GEO puts you in the answer. It covers how your site is structured, what it says, and which third-party sources talk about you, because engines build answers from all three.
How do you measure whether it’s working?
Counted, not modelled. Your baseline is recorded before work starts: what each engine says for your buyers’ questions, your real clicks from Search Console, your leads. Every month you get one page with the same numbers, never swapped. If something isn’t moving, the report says that too.
If the templates are free, why hire you?
For the labour and the judgment. The templates are the map; the work is running the checks by hand every month, making the calls the spreadsheet can’t make, and doing the outreach that gets you into the sources engines cite. Plenty of people use our templates on their own, and we think that’s great. Clients hire us to do it for them, properly, every month.
How long until results?
Honestly: nothing in search or AI visibility measurably moves in under a quarter, which is why we don’t sell single months. Technical fixes and consolidations land in weeks and set the base. Citations and mentions build over months as engines re-read you and third-party sources accumulate. The monthly page shows the trend either way, in the same numbers, so you never have to take our word for it.
Do I need social too, or can we do GEO alone?
GEO alone is a real engagement and we run plenty of them. But engines name businesses that look known, and social is where known gets built: reviews, mentions, an active presence buyers check after they see you in an answer. When both run off one plan, each makes the other work harder. We’ll tell you honestly in the free check which one your situation needs first.
What does working together actually look like month to month?
A monthly shipped-list of everything that went live, with links. One page of numbers against your baseline. One experiment at a time, so we know what worked. And every quarter, the question most agencies avoid: is this working, and should we continue? An engagement should end on a decision, not drift.
